Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with the quality of the delivered goods and wish to return or exchange them, or if the items delivered are incomplete or incorrect, please contact us via email at [email protected] or phone +370 693 16405. Items should be returned to the following address: “Everjuno,” Savanorių Ave. 176E, 03154 Vilnius, Lithuania. To ensure a pleasant shopping experience for our customers, we offer a money-back guarantee within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt.
Returned items must be unused and in their original, unopened, and undamaged packaging. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
According to the provisions of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania (Article 6.228), the following quality items cannot be exchanged or returned:
- Perishable goods or items with a short shelf life
- Packaged goods that have been unsealed after delivery and are unsuitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons
- Non-perishable items of unsatisfactory quality or items whose shape, size, color, model, or completeness are unsuitable can be exchanged or returned in accordance with the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania and other applicable laws.
If you are not satisfied with the quality of perishable goods, such as food and beverages with a short shelf life, including items that must be stored in the refrigerator according to the manufacturer’s temperature guidelines, you must contact us within 72 hours of delivery. When reporting a poor-quality item, you must provide a photo of the defective product.
If you contact us after the specified period and/or do not provide a photo of the product, we are not obligated to resolve the complaint in the buyer’s favor.
Returned or exchanged items must be undamaged, retain their original appearance (labels must not be removed or damaged, protective films must be intact, etc.), maintain their usability, and not have been used. All items must be returned in their original packaging in the same condition as received by the buyer, along with the purchase document and any accessories. If an item is incomplete, damaged, not properly packaged, or in any way not in order , we reserve the right not to accept, exchange, or refund the item.
Refunds for returned, undelivered, or defective items will be paid into the bank account from which the purchase was made no later than 5 business days from the date of the complaint.
